    I have upgraded learnpress to . It is asking for database upgrade. When I start for that a list of activities starts. It get stuck at
    “Backup Tables learnpress_user_items, learnpress_user_itemmeta, learnpress_question_answers, postmeta, options”
    after 60% progress , it throws a error
    The response is not a valid JSON response.
    Please help. Because of this enrolment functionality is not working.

    Hi,

    Please be sure you use the latest version of LearnPress to update and you can try to disable all plugins except LearnPress and click update one again.

    Still the same error. I disabled all plugin. Learnpress version is 4.1.0 . it is not able to take table backup. I tried with manual back up of table as well , but did not work. Same error The response is not a valid JSON response after 60 % progress of tables backup

    Please enable WordPress debug log then send for us debug_log file to we can check your issue.

    Hi, RadiusTheme has your problem solved with re-upgrade?
    I’m using your Eikra theme, having the same error https://prnt.sc/1agwn4d.
    then I did the re-upgrade and my site is broken now, can not login or go to dashboard.

    @fscolab Thia is coming from LearnPress data migration. For theme support you can create a ticket on our website.

    I have same problem with LearnPress Plugin laste version 4.1.5

    Plugin Warning: LearnPress update – We need to update your database to the latest version.
    But when I go to LearnPress > Tools > Database > Upgrade Database (or Reupgrade Database) the Update do Not works!

    I disabled All Plugin and also change WP Themes but problem not solved.
