• Hi,

Since the latest Learnpress update any quizzes no longer work at all with Safari or Firefox. The quiz page is displayed but there is no option to start quiz.

On Chrome one test gives the “start” button but when clicked it just says “You have not start the quiz”. The others under Chrome appear to work.

I have tried rolling back to version 4.2.6.9 – no change.

I have another site with the same problem since update to 4.7.2

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

    Ross

    Hi Ross,

Thank you for reaching out and providing details about the issue.

The problem you’re describing seems to be related to a conflict between the JavaScript functionality of LearnPress and a caching plugin. If you have a caching plugin installed, please try temporarily disabling it to see if the issue persists.

If the problem continues, could you kindly provide us with a screenshot or a video showing the process leading to the error? This will help us better understand the situation and provide a more accurate solution.

We’re here to assist further, so please don’t hesitate to let us know how it goes.

    Best regards,

    Brian,

    Thanks for the quick reply.

I have deactivated W3 total cache that changed nothing. I even uninstalled it, no change.

I will upload a film or screenshot later today.

I am happy to give you direct access to the site it you have a secure method we can use.

    Thanks

    Ross
