• So when i click start, to start the quiz, it shows nothing, and when i try again it says that i’ve already started quiz. But quiz is nowhere to be seen. Im using Learnpress with Astra is that a problem? Im also using Ultimate Member.

You have already started the quiz. i get this message but i cant see the quiz questions.

    Hi dimitrije14,

    Thank you for contacting us.

The issue you’re describing, where the quiz doesn’t appear after clicking “Start” and you receive a “You have already started the quiz” message, suggests a possible JavaScript conflict. This is often caused by caching plugins on your site.

Could you please try temporarily disabling your caching plugins and see if the issue is resolved?

    Best regards,
    Brianvu-tp

I disabled logged in users (i thing thats the name) cache and its working. Is that something i require for my website to work or i can leave it off?

    Hi dimitrije14,

Thank you for confirming that disabling the logged-in users cache resolved the issue.

It’s likely that the problem is related to the JavaScript combine feature within your caching plugin, which can sometimes cause conflicts with LearnPress’s JavaScript.

Instead of completely disabling the logged-in users cache, you could try disabling the “JS Combine” or “JavaScript Optimization” feature within your caching plugin’s settings. This might resolve the conflict without requiring you to turn off the entire logged-in users cache.

    Best regards,
    Brianvu-tp
