I am using a free (nulled)version of this theme.
So, please give me your precious opinion how to resolve it.

As said by George Appiah above, it is commercial theme,
to get upgrades and support you should buy it from its author(s) or authorized reseller.

We do not provide support for commercial stuff on our forums, and using a stolen/pirated version is not an excuse, i hereby will close this topic form further replies.
