Learnpress order creation not working

  • Hi,

    I am having issues with creating orders in Learnpress.

    When someone buys a course through WooCommerce (paypal or stripe) a new membership level is assigned in PMPro. However, no new order is created in Learnpress and therefore a customer is not able to access the course.

    Can someone advise how to handle and repair this?

    Whenever i buy the level, it is assigned to the user but the course cannot be accessed!!

    Can you help me please?

    I use paypal standard for checkout.

    Does this issue only occur for Paid Memberships Pro linked products or is it for all types of WooCommerce products?

    Hi,

    well I haven’t figuered out yet.

    It seems everytime there is an update (not related to pmrpo) the same issue happens.

    It is really bothering and I am thinking of changing my plugin and site.

    I really hope they sill fix it.

    If you figure it out please do tell.

    We cannot create a purchase order, and it seems that learnpress has a problem…..Dont know what to do
