Learnpress issue

  • Hi, I created a free course, When I click on “Start Now” it directs me to check-out where either I need to log-in or join as a Guest.

    As I a guest I add an email address and then click on Check-out and then I click Process order. Clicking it will direct me to another page Saying that your order has been received with details such as order number, course name, etc. and that is it.

    Can you please tell me how now the person is supposed to join the course ? since there is no button or anything he/she can click to join it.

    Hi,

    When putting the correct email, the user will get an email to have the recovered code when purchasing a guest. After creating the account use email before on your site, go to the LearnPress profile page -> Order -> submit recover code then the system will save the order for the user.

    The code is received via the email with the code and I feel stupid to ask again but how can the guest user access the course. I could not find the submit recover under order. Hope you can pass a screen shot.

    My other question is I can see the registered guest with his/her email yet how can I send him/her an email with the link to enroll in the course.

    I apologize for asking again. If there is a video or a link to show steps then I am much appreciated.

    Hi,

    1. When the purchased guest completed, the user needs to here https://prnt.sc/J8HqRRXM7cZ_ and submit the code to get the course.
    Note: Your website needs to have the send email feature for this function to work.

    2. You can view it in the LearnPress -> Order -> Find the order have the student is a guest.
