learnpress email is not working

  • learnpress email is not working, i am using smtp mailer plugin for smtp, registration mail and contact us mail is working fine but no any learnpress mail like new order or completed order.

    Could you please check if the emails you’d like to receive are enabled under LearnPress -> Settings -> Emails?

    If these emails are enabled and still not being sent, please get back to us, and we’ll provide you with a more specific solution.
