Learnpress course review not working

Hi, the registered users can add and submit course reviews but they do not appear on the website. As admins we cannot see any notifications of review submissions, even though we know the users submitted them. When I try submitting myself from my user account, same thing- nothing shows up on the website. Before the plugin used to work. Even when I deactivated website security software I had on the side (word fence and stop spammerS), the course review still did not work. Can you please advise what to do?
