Learnpress cancel orders with bank transfter method

  • Hi, I have this issue since last updates: when a customer choose bank transfer as a method of payment (through Woocommerce), they get the order cancelled after a couple of hours (so they think there’s an issue and don’t make the payment, with lots of customer service with email exchanges). can you please help?

    Hi,

    Do you use Woocommerce addon for LearnPress?
    LearnPress default doesn’t support payment via bank transfer so if you use our premium plugin, please create a ticket on our system to our developer check for you.
    This forum only support for LearnPress plugin, not our premium add-ons.
