LearnPress Announcements Not Showing

  • On this course there is an announcement and according to documentation it should display on the sticky tabs bar while scrolling but it’s not show. Also I’ve tried 2025 wordpress default theme to make sure that there is no conflict from Eduma theme which I use on this website. Please check on this issue and provide a solution to fix it.

    Could you please clarify where exactly the sticky tabs you mentioned are located? Are they in the Course Settings in the back-end or on the front-end of the course page?

    We have tested this with the Twenty Twenty-Five theme, the latest version of LearnPress (4.2.7.5), and the LearnPress – Announcements add-on (4.0.6). In our testing, the announcement appears correctly in both areas.

    If we have misunderstood your issue, please share a screenshot or a short video showing the problem. This will help us understand better and provide a more accurate solution.

    Not display on front end.

    After checking, we see that you are using the Eduma theme, which we developed. Please verify if the Announcements tab is enabled in your theme settings. You can check and enable it by navigating to:

    Appearance → Customize → Courses → Single Pages → Sortable Tab Course

    Let us know if enabling this resolves the issue or if you need further assistance!

    Thank you, it works now but the tab enabling steps is not in the documentation link
