LearnPress and AR Member

I have a website built for someone that wants to do classes only for people that have paid to become members on the site, and then all of the courses are free to take for members. The membership plugin is ARMember by reputeinfosystems. Not sure if anyone has any experience using these two together, but when I restrict the classes to a certain membership level the course disappears from the all courses page all together, even for members that have the required membership level. Anyone know how to make it stop doing that?
