    For courses purchased through LearnPress:

    • The course will only be enrolled for users with an account.
    • If the purchase was made by a user without an account, an email containing the order key will be sent to the email address used during the purchase.
    • The user can then create an account with that email, input the order key on the “LP Profile” page, and access the purchased course.

    Could you please confirm if:

    1. You have enabled the necessary email notifications in both WooCommerce and LearnPress settings?
    2. If not, kindly enable these settings to ensure emails are sent after purchase.

    If I have misunderstood your issue, please clarify further. If possible, could you provide a video of the error occurrence or screenshots of the process to help us better understand the problem?
