LearnDash with Presto

    Someone has given me the link and said that Presto Player works with LearnDash.
    So I’ve installed the plugin and going into the Courses area but cannot find WHERE the icon is for Presto player AND cannot find HOW to add the Audio into the Lesson on LearnDash.

    I have some Audio and Video files to be added into LearnDash lessons via this plugin as this has been suggested by some people.

    I’ve been going through this video as LearnDash can apparently work with Presto Player.

    BUT following the video, it says I should see the Presto Block in the LearnDash Lesson. But I CANNOT see it. Not sure what I am doing wrong.

    Can you help with this please ?

    Thanks for replying.

    If you could try again and go into the Course “BUILDER” section .. then create a COURSE, LESSON and TOPIC … I see you are just in the standard section of the COURSE …

    You will have to be in a LESSON to create some content … Then in here which is where we need the AUDIO to be inserted, there is NO + button to ADD anything to do with Presto in here ??

    We can’t add the Audio to the Main front of the course, they are to be added in ANY content of LESSONS etc … But in here I cannot see the Presto options at all.

    I can see it at your end but you are in a different area which doesn’t add content to an actual Lesson.

    Please advise.

    Yes I have let you know each time and it is NOT showing .

    I click on the LESSON exactly like you and there is NO + sign and doesn’t look like yours. My screen I showed on you last screenshot that is what I see.

    What Theme are you using ?
    What Page Builder are you using ?
    Yours looks like standard Classic Builder is that correct ?
    Maybe that is WHY it is showing on yours and NOT mine ?
    Yours does NOT say “ADD MEDIA” button where mine does.

    We have Wooocommerce, LearnDash and Divi Theme installed.

    Maybe your plugin NOT compatible with Divi Theme ?
    Maybe there is another setting I have to do ?

    Please offer other suggestions for me to look into to help with this issue, if you keep replying “It should be working” doesnt’ really help me ?

    BUT as I have mentioned previously, mine DOESN’T look like that when I click on the LESSON, what else could be causing it that I cannot see it ?
    What Page builder you using ? or are you just using the Classic Builder ? Maybe that is why ?
    Maybe your plugin NOT compatible with Divi Theme ?
    There are lots of things to look into , rather than just “It should be working” ….

    Hello Kristin,

    Thank you for your update.

    I followed your advice; I installed Classic editor, divi theme, and Presto Player free version.

    You are correct that no Presto Player icon is available. You will need to create the video from Presto Player Media Hub and copy the shortcode. Or you can use Divi to integrate the Presto Player.
