LearnDash Quiz points not adding to overall points

Within our site, we have the LearnDash LMS plugin installed with BuddyBoss and the relevent plugins along with BadgeOS, and what was expected was that when a user completes a quiz, the points from that quiz gets added onto the user’s points. For example, if the user starts out with 0 points, and answers two out of three questions (each question being one point) gaining two points, they would then have two points when they go back onto their profile. And when a user uploads an assignment, they earn 80 points.
Does anyone know why the points from the quizzes and assignments aren’t being added onto the user’s points?
