LearnDash Migration Stuck on migrating courses

  • wordpress: 5.8.2
    learndash: 3.5.1.3
    tutor lms: 1.9.11

    Hi there,

    I am trying to migrate from LearnDash to Tutor LMS on my staging site. After I click ‘start migration’ after a minute the migration gets stuck on the first course (the message is ‘1 / 6 Items to Migrate’). I have 6 courses.

    LearnDash is active and Tutor LMS is active. Is there something I am doing wrong?

    Thanks for your prompt reply.

    There is no troubleshooting on that tutorial page, and trying the manual migration (export xml, then import it) didn’t work either, with hundred of errors:
    parser error : Double hyphen within comment: <!–<! in /home/customer/www/staging3.ieltstutors.org/public_ht…
    parser error : StartTag: invalid element name in /home/customer/www/staging3….
    parser error : Opening and ending tag mismatch: br line 645 and body in /home/customer/www/stag….

    Any ideas?
