Learndash, gamipress points are stopped syncing

We tested the GamiPress integration with the last version of LearnDash and it works as intended.

Please, check if the points events are setted correctly. Also, you can check if you installed new plugins recently that can be causing conflict with GamiPress plugin.

In order to change the points events configurations, you can navigate to GamiPress -> Points Types and select the point type you want to modify. In this menu, you can see the configuration of the point awards and point deductions.

I want to give the points to the users on completing the learndash quiz. I want if users answers 10 correct answers and points for those correct answers are 12 learndash points let’s say then I want to give the 12 gamipress points as well.

As I read the documentations this is the default feature when we integrate the learndash with gamipress. Could you please confirm and let me know the correct configurations for the same.

By default, GamiPress events will always grant the amount of points indicated in the event. For example, if the event is configurated to give 10 points when completing a quiz, it will always give 10 points when the user completes a quiz.

If you want to grant a different amount of points depending on the correct answer, you can use an add-on called LearnDash Points Per Quiz Score, you can obtain more information here: https://gamipress.com/add-ons/learndash-points-per-quiz-score/ .

Using this add-on, you can grant points depending on the correct answer, for example, if the user has 5 correct answers, it will grant 5 points to the user.

Could you please confirm above statement means the event is setup by default? or we have to setup the event in the point?

When you create a new point type, this point type does not have any event generated by default.

You can setup the events by clicking in “Add New Points Award” if you want to grant points to a user or by clicking “Add New Points Deduction” to deduct the points to a user.

I have installed the mentioned add-on but in the points settings I didn’t get the setting/option mentioned in the add-on. It’s not working.

Could you please share the demo, steps with me where the options are available.

When you install the Points Per Quiz Score add-on, you will see a new menu on the right of the “Point Type” screen. This new menu is called “Points per quiz score”. Inside this menu, you will find a question that can be checked that says: “Award points to users per quiz score?”. In order to make this add-on work, please check this option.

Once you check this option, a new part of the menu will be revealed. You can change the configuration in this new part of the menu.
