    I saw that when a end-client (student) fill an open essay question,
    the admin can View this comment, reply to it and comment.

    The end user (student) will get an email notification ” New Comment on Essay ‘essay name’ ”
    but I can’t seem to find anywhere to customize the content and translate it.
    Do you have any idea where this is located?

    I asked the very same question the Learndash team and they told me to use your plugin
    So I tried.
    I tested with the following translateion,
    New Comment (default WP)

    New Comment “Essay”
    New Comment “Open Essay Reply”
    New Comment Replay “Open Essay Reply”

    in another words – I tried everything in your plugin related to the word “comment” but nothing is changing and I can’t seem to have the option to edit / translate the email

  • Same issue! Learndash uses basic WordPress comment notification for assignments and essays and when I create a “Comment Reply” notification in Better WP it is just ignored and the default wordpress comment notification is sent instead.

    Thanks for your messages.

    Unfortunately, LearnDash make overriding their comment notifications very difficult at this time. As such, BNFW isn’t 100% compatible with it. I’d love to provide better support for LearnDash but it’s not possible at the moment.
