learndash certificates

  • We are expiriencing an issue with the Uncanny Owl Toolkit learndash certificates shortcode. The shortcode only shows the certificates from completed quizes, but the certificates that are assigned for the course completion are missing.

    Hi @zequester, sorry about the delay. Can you confirm what specific shortcode you’re using? Can you also confirm that those certificates do show up when you use the [ld_profile] shortcode and on the course page when a students visit it (i.e. they see the Download Your Certificate button)? We haven’t seen similar reports, so I want to make sure LearnDash recognizes the certificates.

    Maybe you can also confirm that these are standard course certificates, not group certificates, certificates from course combinations (in our CEU plugin), etc.
