• As someone used to working in a robust CRM for another project, I found this CRM to be good for the basics, including woocommerce integration, but beyond that, especially for custom forms and integration with other programs, to not be very flexible. They seem to have a set “menu” of programs they want you to integrate with for certain solutions and if you don’t use those, there is little interest in expanding. Items on the wish list have been there for years, and their sending out an email asking for five stars seems to indicate that they’re pushing for positive reviews to outweigh some of the detractions to this software. I’m moving to another solution and suggest you start here only if you need the basics.

    Hi there, @charmedchicken,

Thanks for the constructive feedback and for outlining the user case you would recommend for our product, even though we believe that Jetpack CRM has features that can be used by and for more advanced customers. We’re sorry to hear you opted for a different CRM system.

We’re happy to hear about what kind of software and feature you’d like to see implemented, versus the ones we have in our list.

A CRM is a delicate and complicated system to manage: once a fix got deployed or a new update is ready for release, there are some security steps that need to be taken on top of the testing and the code review — these are some of the checkboxes that the fix must pass before being included in a plugin release.

As we prioritise these, the time left to implement the many feature requests we received from our customers is more limited than we wished. We still want our customers to speak their minds, though! So if you have anything else to share, please do!
