Leaky Paywall Does Not Work

This plugin does not seem to work on one of my blogs. Nothing happens. Just simply nothing whatsoever happens. It may be related to the server settings or something like that because it seems to work on another server run by a different company. In any case, I got the following error message. Do you have any idea why this is happening and how I might be able to fix it? Thank you.
