League table team logo size

Hey i want to increase the size of the team logos for a better identifiy the logos. i tried to change the sizes of the standings match-team-logo and it was bigger, but the img got a bad resolution.

i tried some things like this too:

.sp-league-table .match-team-logo, .sp-league-table .match-team-logo img { max-width: 4em; max-height: 4em; }

The other point is, that i want to delete the red border

And my last point:
how can i change the color from the columns?
