League Leaders showing former team

    I have an issue where players show their former team on league leaders. those teams are not correct and i cant seem to remove it,

    For example player named Polar-1387 (G) shows the team STL on the leader board. he is not on this team and if you click his name you will see he is assigned to ARI. how do i remove STL from him? The team STL is not even participating this season so i am not sure why it is showing up on his name and a few others.

    Please disregard. I have figured it out. If anyone else every runs into this issue, delete the old player list and create a new one.
