Leaf Theme different post categories on different pages

I i have the leaf theme and i regularly put new posts on. i have seen that i can use a blog templae on a page to put my posts on it but i want to have different categories of posts on different pages i.e. news on a news page and information on an information page etc.

how can i do this?? i’m still fairly new to wordpress and i struggle to work it all out myself.
