Leads for great multicolumn theme

Hello. I was hoping for some leads on a theme to start as a base. I need a multicolumn post section, 2-3 columns, so that as many small posts can appear above the fold as possible. Ideally, I would like a big header image and a prominent search bar. Bonuses for tag clouds.
