    Hello team,

I have a question here. I have a huge discrepancy on leads showing on Facebook (294) vs leads showing on Mailpoet (165). What is happening here? I really don’t know where the leads are going an how come I have lost so many leads…

Could you please follow up with me?

  • Hi there @arindal,

    Thanks for reaching out!

Can you please share screenshots of where you see these discrepancies?

Yes, you can see the screenshots here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1eK8HJ1DR7lh5jcjgUioMj1RtSq_qhRaF?usp=sharing

I have also attached the screenshots for my “thank you page” that I was testing: “tu guía va en camino” and “Presets Oferta”

    Hi @arindal,

Can you please let us know how the contacts are being subscribed to your mailing list?

Are you linking from Facebook to a page where the subscription form is?

As I understand, you can collect contact information such as name, email address, phone number and more from the Facebook Ad campaign, and these are called Leads. However, there’s no official integration between MailPoet and Facebook, so you need to check how these leads are being added to the plugin.

There’s no way to sync them automatically, so you may want to import them to the MailPoet list or point them to a page where you have a MailPoet subscription form placed.

    Thanks!

    Hi @bruna

The contacts are being subscribed by a form I’ve created in Mailpoet. I have installed Facebook Pixel to my website to track the leads. I have attached some screenshots in a previous comment where you can see a discrepancy between the subscribers and the contact that have seen my Thank You Page…

    Hi @arindal,

I’m afraid there isn’t any integration between the Facebook Ad campaign and the MailPoet 3 plugin.

As I mentioned before, it doesn’t mean that leads collected through the Facebook Ad form or the visits tracked by the Facebook Pixel refer to contacts that subscribed through the MailPoet subscription form.

The Facebook pixel is a snippet of JavaScript code that allows you to track visitor activity on your website. It works by loading a small library of functions which you can use whenever a site visitor takes an action (called an event) that you want to track (called a conversion).

If you want to track how many subscribers subscribed through your MailPoet forms, you can go to the MailPoet > Forms and you’ll be able to see how many sign-ups you have for each form.
