• We have been having an issue with leads being duplicated, or sometimes repeated upwards of 30 times in Salesforce. We use your plugin to capture leads and link them to Salesforce. Would you be able to look at that and let me know if there are any known issues in this realm or anything we can do to update etc?

    30 times is a bit excessive… was that a real or spam lead?

    2-3 times has been known to happen due to impatient clickers. We have a feature to disable the submit button after the first click to avoid double/triple clicks in the works.

    While we have decided that lead is unqualified for our sales process, it
    does seem to be a legitimate person rather than a bot. It seems that it is
    a duplication issue. The leads all come in at exactly the same time. We
    have had it happen on a much smaller scale on other leads as well.

    Then it’s likely an eager clicker. 30x could have been a tab left open that keeps re-submitting?

    The fix to disable the submit button onclick should reduce the issue. It should be in a release soon.
