Leads aren't going into Marketo Database

  • I’m having the same issue. Existing leads are going into Marketo. However, new ones are not.

    we are having the same issue any response on how to fix this would be appreciated

    We are experiencing this problem as well. Was anyone able to find a fix???

    Or did you just switch to a different form/plugin?

    The fields in your Gravity form have to be named exactly the same as your fields in Marketo. You can see this in the admin section in Marketo. In Marketo field labels can be named one thing while the field name is actually something different. For example, Lead Source may appear as Lead Source but the field name is actually lead_source.

    Is the connector still supported – we are willing to sponsor – or investigate fixing this connector.

    It works with the exception of new leads – with is essential functionality.
