Presale/Technical question: I’m getting a red flag for an existing table that has “_ID” as the ID column name. It is being used by other plugins so I cannot change the column name. Will this truly be an issue for WPDA? And, if so, do you know some work around? I really hope I won’t have to create a duplicate table with “correct” naming and be forced to copy data to/from these 2 tables. My current project will have around 15-20 such tables. Thanks!

(btw, I also emailed from your site, you don’t have to reply to both :))

    Hi @kickyride,

Naming conventions are enforced to make sure all features play well with each other. In some cases, they appear as just warnings, and features usually still work, however, there are still situations where features will identify these naming issues as unacceptable.

Unfortunately, that is something we don’t have control over as the plugin uses different technologies such as PHP, SQL, jQuery, and HTML/CSS among others.

We hope for your understanding. ??

We also replied to your email, by the way. Kindly check and let us know if you have more questions. ??
