I figured it out! Your caching plugin, WP Rocket, cached the HTML of the page, including the dynamic URL without any queries in the URL.

If I visit your page with these UTM parameters: https://www.paarami.com/lead-generation-new?utm_source=tessa&utm_medium=direct&utm_campaign=test&utm_content=foo&utm_term=bar then it does not work as you’ve experienced. But according to WP Rocket’s documentation, I can append nowprocket to the query string to bypass caching. Now if I visit this URL: https://www.paarami.com/lead-generation-new/?nowprocket&utm_source=tessa&utm_medium=direct&utm_campaign=test&utm_content=foo&utm_term=bar I can see the full URL in the dynamicurl field for that form as you intended.

It doesn’t look like the other page, https://saiprovisoemporis.in/, is being cached by WP Rocket, so that explains why it works there.

If you’re exclusively running campaigns to that page through paid search or ads, then simply make sure you’ve got the nowprocket in the campaign URL to bypass the cache.

Alternatively, you can follow these instructions to exclude that specific page from being cached to ensure you always get the correct URL.

I tried with nowprocket https://www.paarami.com/lead-generation-new/?nowprocket&utm_source=tessa&utm_medium=direct&utm_campaign=test&utm_content=foo&utm_term=bar without excluding cache but its not getting captured in sheet but after disabling cache for this page its working but we need to use cache can you please suggest alternate solution.

I have been looking into making “cache friendly” options, but that requires JavaScript on the frontend. Give me a bit and I can update the plugin with this feature ??

One more website where I am getting same issue where I have deactivated cache plugin and cleared all cache but still its not capturing full url

Okay! I just committed version 3.5.0 of the plugin that should have a fix for you. I introduced the form tag attribute dtx_pageload that should enable frontend processing for an individual form field, to make it compatible with cached pages. Here is the documentation page for more info. Update your plugin, try it out, and let me know how it works for you!
