Leaderboard just says "Table is loading"

Quiz works great, I can see statistics being collected in the wp-admin, however the wp-admin leaderboard doesn’t appear to collect any data, and on the front end the leaderboard displays but simply says “Table is loading”

I’ve tried changing to another theme but no luck.
