    Hi Nick,
I had read a few of the post from the above mentioned problem. I went into SF and i could not find any debugging logs to see if it is a validation rule. and i put in the hidden value on my contact form for the debugging email to be sent to me .. but i did not receive anything.

I had first managed to populate the first lead that i tried. then when I tried the offending lead that could not populate.. i get the successful note but it is not populated. and i tried again with a new lead just for testing purpose.. Both leads were not populated into the database but i did receive email about what I had submitted.

please let me know if you need anymore information. thanks

I’ve found this can be caused by 2 things:

    1. The lead is being populated, you’re just looking at the wrong “view” in SalesForce. Recent leads despite sounding like a logical choice… is not what you want. Try Today’s Leads.

    2. Something is causing Salesforce to reject the lead after its sent. And invalid state/country combo can be a common cause if you’re using those fields.

The success message only shows if Salesforce returns “200 OK”- sadly that’s the only info I get back. That’s means Salesforce received the lead. What happens after that is outside the scope of support I can offer here (for free). Premium support includes troubleshooting deeper issues.

    Hey Nick!
Thanks i was about to write that it was solved.. so as you said it was the SF rejecting the lead because of the what the State was written as.. so we are doing changes in the SF side of things to accept both fully written state and its abbreviated form.

so this was officially resolved! thanks for the prompt respond! premium support.. ok I will look into it down the track ! thanks for your prompt respond!
