Lead Time -Pickup Date

I have a bakery, and everything we sell is baked on demand. Order in Advance. I cannot find a way to do the following:

Item Description:
This cheesecake is a fall and holiday favorite. We take sliced apples and cranberries and roast them with a variety of spices and brown sugar until they are caramelized. We add those inside and on the top. We finish the top with a streusel.

Please remember we need a three-day notice since we are bake to order only. We need time to be sure we have all the ingredients and have the proper time to prepare your desserts.

Choose your pickup date:
? Order Saturday-Monday for Thursday.
? Order by Tuesday for Friday.
? Order by Wednesday for Saturday.

I need something like radio buttons for them to actually be forced to read and choose before they add the cheesecake to their cart. Then I need that choice to appear on their receipt as “pickup on Friday” for example.

Is there any plugin or way to do this? I can’t find any solution and it seems like every catering company/bakery and some restaurants could use this.
