    Hi, I have been using your plugin trouble free for quite a long time now. However today I received notice from one of my users, that one lead they had received a CF7 email about, is nowhere to be found on the Google Sheet, unlike all previous and later leads, which appear to be present.

    Would you kindly assist me in troubleshooting this? Is there any place to look for logs or other data that could shed some light in this case?

    Hi @skredlemon,

    Its in a rare case that data get lost.

    For so we provided the database functionality in our Pro version where if any data is missed you can sync.

    Currently, in the free version, we don’t have a way to fetch the lost data as data are not saved in the database.
