Lead Generation plugin?

Hi all, I need a lead generation plugin for my wordpress site that will allow me to request the user’s information before allowing them to view a pdf brochure file. I was using Before & After, but it’s making my site incredibly slow, so I disabled it. Are there any other similar plugins out there that will allow me to collect information such as this? I’m having trouble locating another one.
