    Hello we switched recently to your plugin from other ones.
    After the switch and implementation of Conversions API we encounter problems with the lead event when we try to capture a form submission on our website.
    Specifically the lead don’t capture brownser events and our ad dint bring a single one lead in 7 days (before we were getting more than 10 leads a day) leading us to a pixel issue.

    Searched the documentation but dint find anything so i just want to clarify:

    – lead event is in the standard events with the free version or we need to upgrade?
    – Is there any other action except adding pixel, conversion API token and verifying website?

    Hello,

    We don’t fire a Lead event automatically.

    Depending on your setup and preferences, you can:

    1. Configure a Lead event on the plugin’s Events page.

    2. Configure a Lead Custom Conversion using the Signal event and its form trigger. The Custom Conversion will act just like a standard events. You also need to add it under Aggregated Event Measurement.
