Lead assignment based on form fields

Is it possible to assign the lead to different Salesforce users based on certain field values in the form? For example, a checkbox labeled “I’m interested in purchasing” goes to one person and another checkbox labeled “I’m interested in becoming a partner” goes to a different person.
