    Bonjour,

    J’ai un problème pour envoyer mes newsletters avec l’extension Mailpoet, je re?ois le message d’erreur suivant dans ? Etat du système / File d’attente d’envoi :

    “Erreur : Le service d’envoi MailPoet a été temporairement suspendu pour votre site en raison d’une <a target=”_blank” rel=”noopener noreferrer” href=”https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/231-sending-does-not-work#suspended”>dégradation de la délivrabilité des e-mails</a>. Veuillez <a target=”_blank” rel=”noopener noreferrer” href=”https://www.mailpoet.com/support/”>contacter notre équipe de support</a> pour résoudre ce problème.<br/>”

    Lorsque j’essaie de contacter l’équipe de support via le lien proposé, j’arrive dans un formulaire d’aide pour les personnes utilisant l’extension payante alors que moi même j’utilise la version gratuite.

    Que dois je faire pour réhabilité mon site sur les envoies de newsletter ?

    Hi @aledi,

    I’m checking your account and I see the sending was paused for you on April 18th 2023. On the same day, our team contacted you about it and sent you instructions on what to do to have it restored, but we never heard anything back from you.

    Can you please check the mailbox for the email address associated with your MailPoet.com account and reply to our email?

    Just incase you need this information, the email was sent to the email address linked to your Mailpoet account and the subject of the email would be “Working to restore the MailPoet Sending Service for your account”

    I’d be marking this ticket as closed now.
