LDD Directory ADD LISTING FORM ISSUE

    Hello LDD Directory peeps!
    We had a filled in directory; then suddenly the categories for population disappeared. We cannot determine how to get these back. We have deleted, uninstalled; reinstalled; and the issue is still not resolved. We really like this directory format but must have the address boxes, telephone box, social media boxes, and map brought back in the ADD NEW LISTING form! Any suggestions would be incredibly helpful!

    Hi Abby. Sorry to here about your troubles. Can you provide a link to your website so we can check it out.

    Also, you might want to take a look possible plugin conflicts that may be causing the issue.

    Not sure about access, it has not been published yet…

    Although I’m sure it is a possibility other plugins could be causing a problem, I do not think so. I literally was in the Media library editing an image. Left. Deactivated and deleted LDD Directory Lite. Went back to Library, absolutely nothing in it.

    Somehow, somewhere the deactivation or deletion changed how wordpress is accessing my FTP folders. Photos are all still there.

    Hello LDD Web Designer,
    Just realized I am talking about two issues with you:
    1. Add Form is gone
    2. When I tried to reinstall LDD Directory Lite, my media library disappeared.

    Can you please email us access to the admin of the wordpress site? This is quite perplexing… I can’t think of a single reason why our plugin would remove images from your media library.

    Hello,

    Finally we found that the issue about “add listing” form, as you said, it was a conflict with another plugin. But definitively, we lost all the images of our library… We started to upload everything again…
    I will send you the access to our admin WP by private message.

    Another point, since we start to refill the directory, we have another issue. When we add a listing in the Directory, the google map doesn’t marking when we fill the address even if we checked the box in the settings. And also, it doesn’t appear on the website.
    Could you help us with this issue, please ?

    The LDD Directory Lite does not uses any function or code which can remove images itself as it is using WordPress default functions for adding or removing listing logos. There are several plugins on this site that are attached with MEDIA but we’re am not sure which might have caused the images to be lost in the media library.

    There are also some conflicting jquery issues with other plugins on your site that may be causing the form and google map problems.

    Hi there, I have the same issue with my media library suddenly appearing empty in WP admin area when the files are all still there on the server? This happened after activating LDD Directory Lite. Did you find a solution to this?
