    Hi,
At my work we have a local intranet set up with xampp on a Windows server, we have never had problems logging in.
We recently migrated the domain server and transferred the FSMO roles to it so that it remains the main server.
Now we cannot log in to the intranet with the LDAP/AD credentials, it shows the error Invalid username or password entered.
I have the LDAP login option enabled.
The authentication test in the LDAP configuration tab is successful.
The authentication report shows the following: LDAP_USER_BIND_ERROR
I look forward to your comments.

    Greetings.

  • Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

The issue might be due to the “Login Settings” configuration. Could you please share a screenshot of the configuration to?double check? Also, can you enter the credentials of the service account again and click on Save & Test Connection.

It would be great if you can create a ticket?here?so we can look into your setup to help you with this further.

Please let us know if you have any questions.

    Thanks

    Hi,

I attached the configuration image, again I entered the password and clicked on save and test connection successfully.
    However, users still cannot connect.
