LDAP and WP 2.1 … anyone out there?

Seriously, what’s the story? Is there any group project that’s working on this either internally to WP or third party?

We’re doing work for a non-profit that must have this thing work with LDAP, fully authenticating and updating. It’s going to be expensive endeavor us all, and we would do it, if we weren’t already trying to build another project with them on already waaaay too stretched budget.

Are there volunteers? Any one interested helping us sharing the load? Please contact them at https://www.grassroots.org and mention you heard an LDAP/WP cry for help. They’ll forward you right through the technical team.

The project is to benefit any and all non-profits that are interested, so you wouldn’t be just helping us out, but potentially hundreds of folks.
