Did you mean you have installed it on a second site in a “multisite” install or is it installed on two distinct sites?

Two distinct sites on the same hosting provider.
Now I’ve tried to change php version but has not changed anything.

Could you please indicates me the url of the two sites, please?

On main panel it run:

Location: Arona, ES / Geolocation informations found
Time zone: Europe / London
Battery level ac power / WiFi signal high / Last seen on febbraio 16, 2016 at 4:31 pm
Temperature (24.2 °C), CO? level (710 ppm), Humidity (52 %), Noise level (44 dB), Atmospheric pressure (1022 hPa)

but all graphic features don’t run

OK, so when you says the LCD doesn’t show nothing, it’s in the admin panel, in the form to generate shortcodes?

Thanks for the links you sent me by mail. I think I found what is the problem so I made a fix. Could you update your site with the new version (2.2.2) of the plugin and test it again?
