lazyloadRunObserver gets printed twice

Well Hello there

Team, I’ve enabled the experimental module “lazy load background images” and i’m getting this error in the console.

ncaught SyntaxError: Identifier 'lazyloadRunObserver' has already been declared (

apparently the script is being printed twice on the page. I tried applying typeof=undefined code to load it once but then my background images won’t load.

Please help us to debug this issue
