    Hi,

Please enable advance debug log with your IP

then purge all , and access your homepage , log should say why images are not replaced to webp.

    Hi, imjino.

Do you still need help with this? I’m going to close the topic due to lack of activity, but if you do want to continue, please let us know what your debug log says. We’ll be happy to re-open the topic.

    Thanks!

    THanks for the report number.

@qtwrk requested info from the debug log earlier. That is what will be the most useful right now. Here’s how to get that:

    1. If there is no Debug Log option in the LiteSpeed Cache menu, then you will need to enable logging. Navigate to LiteSpeed Cache > Settings > Debug and set Debug Log to ON, or Admin IP Only.
    2. Do what you must to reproduce the error.
    3. Navigate to LiteSpeed Cache > Debug Log.
    4. Copy the most recent or relevant lines from the log and post them here.
    5. Turn the debug log off, if you no longer need it.

If you’d prefer not to share your debug log here, you can create a ticket through our client area or by sending email to [email protected].

    Thanks!
