Lazyest Gallery & WP Smush.it

    is there a way to make those two great plugins work together. WP Smush.it works great together with the standard media of wordpress.

  • I have no plans to adapt lazyest gallery to other plugins

    I have never used Lazyest Gallery but if it allows upload of images outside of built-in WordPress media library, I don’t see what is a problem to add a hook so that WP Smush.it can be used.

    WP Smush.it optimizes your picture and saves bandwidth, it’s a shame ……

    You could ask the WP Smush.it plugin developers to add a hook to images outside the WordPress Image Library.
    We’re getting a lot of requests to adapt lazyest-gallery to other plugins. We don’t have the time to investigate and build all those adaptations. But, if you happen to have a working patch for lazyest-gallery we’d be happy to add it to a future release.
