Lazy Loading images not appearing in gallery slider

    Hi there.

    I’m troubleshooting some issues related to images not appearing in galleries on my website (mainly on mobile) with Lazy Loading activated. I seem to have resolved issues relating to stacked gallery images randomly not appearing on desktop view by altering the threshold to 40%, however now and then images are still not loading on mobile devices, or taking some time to load.

    The problem is more persistent where slideshow galleries are used, mainly on mobile devices, where a lot of the time images following the first image are not appearing. I’ve increased the transition delay within the theme, however this doesn’t seemed to have helped.

    I’m hoping you may have some advice to combat this issue. I’ve found Lazy Loading within W3TC to be more effective and reliable than plugins specifically catering to this functionality and would really like to utilise this feature.

    Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to assist you with this.
    I’ve checked your website on both Desktop and mobile, and all the images are loading just fine.
    Can you please share the specific browser you are using on mobile and if it’s Android or iPhone so I can check and try to replicate this?

    Hi Marko.

    Thank you so much for your quick reply. I have enountered this issue on both iPhone 13 and 10. I’ve disabled Minify to see if this was impacting on the Lazy Loading in any way, but it doesn’t appeared to have corrected it. I’ve also disabled/re-enabled other W3TC settings to see if they would improve the issue without success.

    Thank you for your feedback. I need to check this on the iPhone so can you please share if you are using Safari and if you tried it on Chrome?
    Also, let me know if Lazyloading is enabled in Safari if using this browser.

    Hi Marko.

    Apolohies for not advising browser type. Issues are ocurring when using both Safari and Chrome. Lazyloading is enabled in Safari.
