    You have javascript error:

    Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined

    It seems you are using some caching/optimizing plugin that modifies generated Javascript code.

    Ad Inserter generates Javascript code for client-side functions.
    If you break this code the functions will not work.
    jQuery library must be loaded before it is used.
