    Hi there,

Loading large images on the page is one important factor in slowing down page loading. If the block background images had a lazy loading option, part of the problem would be solved automatically.
Perhaps the information in the link provided will help figure out how to do this better.

    Thanks in advance.

  • Hi there!

Right now, our images do lazyload, but it relies on WordPress (we do it through the native lazyloading). Our lazyloading (and WordPress’) works for normal images, like our Image block, but not background images. However, we will check this out further. Thank you for providing us with references. ??
