– loading=lazy works, but the playing video/audio doesnt stop after popup close. (even after https://docs.wppopupmaker.com/article/88-stop-video-when-the-popup-closes)

Are all 6 popups set to display on all pages of your site?

This can greatly reduce the load time for your pages if each popups are targeted specifically.
