Lazy Load Still not working

Please provide us with a URL that demonstrates the issue. i.e. please create a test page with a gallery with lazy loading enabled so we can see the issue on your site. The latest version we released has resolved the issue on all of our test servers so we would need to see your issue to resolve it.

Here is a published test page containing my current galleries. The lazyload is on. The gallery at the bottom of this test page works.

But on my Home Page, the widget area at the bottom is grey.

The galleries on the test page are the same galleries as on the home page.

I believe the issue is resolved in the plugin. I have tested each of the three URL’s you provided in Firefox, IE9+, Edge and Chrome on Desktop. I also tested in Safari and Chrome on my iPhone & iPad. All galleries including the one in the footer are loading on all pages.

I think this is your device caching the old resources for pages you have previously visited, which is why the new test page https://www.marilynstreats.com/foo-gallery-test/ is working. On mobile devices, especially Apple devices, the browser caching is extremely aggressive. Please try testing on another device or clearing your cache again.

I am still experiencing the issue. WhenI view my home page as a guest everything responds correctly. However, if I am logged to the dashboard I still see the grey boxes. At the top, I see 2 of the 4 images but the last 2 are greyed out. The bottom gallery is all greyed squares.

This is clearly a logged in issue. The same browsers and devices see it the same way.

If you are only experiencing this issue when you are logged in then this tends to suggest that there may be a conflict with other code being introduced as part of the admin dashboard interface.

Would you be able to test by:

1) Ensuring you have upgraded to the latest version of FooGallery.

2) Try deactivating other plugins one at a time and checking to see if this solves the issue? Definitely start with caching plugins first as they are very often a cause of conflict issues, although far often for logged out users.
