Whenever I enable Smush’s Lazy Load, the Vimeo video links embedded on our individual sermon pages do not load correctly. Initially, the Vimeo player loads and will play, but if I scroll down the page, I notice a large white space where the sermon description and title should be. After a few seconds, the page will finish loading, the description and title will pop in, but the player will completely disappear from the page. I cannot see, click, or interact with it at all. This problem happens specifically on mobile and tablet. On desktop, regardless of the settings, the individual sermon pages load fine. I tried resetting Smush’s settings to their default version, and this seemed to work for a little bit, but then the glitch started again. For some reasons, certain pages do not display this glitch. I made sure that WP Rocket’s Lazy Load was disabled, and I already tried disabling Lazy Load on iFrames and the messages subcategory these pages are on. I also tried clearing the WP Rocket cache, but this didn’t do anything. Deactivating Smush’s LazyLoad solves the problem, but Smush’s Lazy Load significantly improves our website’s page speed compared to WP Rocket’s Lazy Load, and I want to keep using Smush’s Lazy Load if at all possible.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @cboulet

I hope you are doing good today.

Apart from clearing cache in WP Rocket, did you try to disable JS/CSS files minification in WP Rocket and see if that helps? There is a high possibility that the Smush file is combined with other files and does not work in a proper way. The file is located in:
    /wp-content/plugins/wp-smushit/app/assets/js/smush-lazy-load.min.js
Please try also to exclude this file in WP Rocket from minification.

    Kind Regards,
    Kris
